MacOS users have the ability to utilize a desktop version of Ruddr in the navigation bar. The main purpose of this tool is to input time entries quick and efficiently.Documentation Index

Download the MacOS Desktop App
In the Apple App Store, search for the Ruddr Desktop app. (Figure 1)

Time Entries
When you open the desktop app, you will see any existing time entries for the current day. (Figure 3) Here you can edit the time entries or start the timer for existing time entries by pressing the play button on any individual entry. You can also switch to view / edit time for other days.
Adding a new time entry
If you need to add a new item, you can do so by clicking the + button on the bottom of the screen. You will be able to enter a new time entry for either project time or time off. (Figure 4) The new time entry will default to project time and you can start a timer. If you are just looking to record the hours worked, you can add those hours to the time field and will have the option to save.
Editing a time entry
If you need to make edits to the projects listed, clicking on the project line will open details for you to edit. (Figure 5) Here you can input hours worked or the start / end time if needed.
Submitting Your Time Sheet
In order to submit your time card, you will need to log into the Web App version and submit from there. You can view instructions in the Help Center on submitting on the Web App.Desktop App Settings
Under your profile in the Desktop App, you have quick access to the Web App version of Ruddr and the Help Center, which is full of helpful articles on how to use Ruddr. (Figure 6) If you are logged into the desktop app and are not seeing a particular project or task, use the Refresh action menu to update the cached list of projects / tasks available in the app.
