Why am I receiving a notification that my timesheet is unsubmitted when I submitted a timesheet for that week?
In some instances, members may receive a timesheet submission reminder for weeks where a timesheet has been submitted. When that happens, it is most likely that the notification was sent because the timesheet spans more than one period and only a partial timesheet has been submitted.
When a timesheet spans more than month - the end of a month and the beginning of the following month both occur in the same week - the member must submit both periods. For more on this, please refer to the Ruddr FAQ article Why do I need to submit two timesheets in one week.
Why did Copy Last Week's Time Entries not create all time entries from the prior week?
