What is Ruddr?
Ruddr is a software product that helps professional services organizations manage and grow their operation. We technically fit into the category of Professional Services Automation (or "PSA") software.
Professional services firms are easy to start but difficult to scale. Growing a firm to 10 employees is fairly trivial, but getting to 100 or 1,000 employees requires greater operational discipline, know-how, and tools. Ruddr helps you get there.
Why did we build Ruddr?
Our leadership team members have spent virtually their entire careers working in professional services firms and building software. They have started, scaled, and advised many firms and know the pain points well. They've held leadership roles in boutiques as well as publicly-traded firms.
Over those years, our leadership team had numerous professional services automation tools and felt none were creating enough value for customers. Most of the products were complex, cluttered, and expensive. So, we decided to fix those problems and Ruddr was born.
How is Ruddr different?
Ruddr is different than the competition in three primary ways.
1. User Experience (UX). Ruddr has taken the UX bar to a new level within the PSA category. The products from our competitors can take months to implement and require significant end-user training. Ruddr takes just days to implement and minimal training.
2. Fair Pricing. The PSA category has historically been overpriced. Ruddr brings the cost down with a lower per-user fee and only charges for your billable workspace members. Your non-billable personnel access Ruddr for free. Also, any time you deactivate a member in your workspace, we credit your company's Ruddr account immediately for the unused portion of the fees for that member. With Ruddr, you are never paying for seats that you aren't using. Your spend is adjusted in real-time to match the size of your billable workforce.
3. Customer Satisfaction Obsessed. Our primary mission, every day, is to ensure that our customers are receiving maximum value from Ruddr. Customer Satisfaction is priority #1 for every person in our company.
