If you are expecting to join an existing workspace, you will need to receive an invitation to join that workspace. You can either initiate a workspace invitation request or wait for a workspace administrator to send the invitation to you.
If you have already created a Ruddr account, you must verify your email address prior to accepting an invitation. If you have not already created a Ruddr account, you can create one at the time you accept an invitation from a workspace.
Receive and Accept a Workspace Invitation
A workspace administrator must send you an invitation to join their workspace. This invitation will be sent via email (Figure 1), which will have a link that you can click to join the workspace. If you have already created an account, you may be prompted to login, at which time, you will be taken to the workspace. If you have not created an account, you will be prompted to create one (Figure 2). Upon supplying a password and creating your account, you will be taken to the workspace.

Requesting an Invitation
As outlined in the Signing Up for Ruddr Help Center article, once you have created an account and verified your email, you should then send a your workspace administrator an email to request an invitation to the workspace. When and only when your account has been verified can you login to Ruddr. Upon verifying your account, you can then make such a request (Figure 3).
