Once you have created an account and a workspace, or you have accepted an invitation to a workspace, you can log into Ruddr by simply navigating to www.ruddr.io. This will bring up the login screen (Figure 1) where you can enter your email address.
NOTE: if you are joining an existing workspace, you will need to accept the invitation into the workspace that will be sent by the workspace administrator. For more on this, please visit the Accepting Workspace Invitations article in the Ruddr Help Center.

Once you have entered your email address and clicked the Next button, if Ruddr successfully finds an account with this email address, you will be taken to a screen where the prompt will be determined by the number of workspaces to which you are associated. The login experience will be different for members associated with a single workspace vs. members that are associated with multiple workspaces.
If Ruddr does not find an account with that email address, you will be prompted (Figure 2) as such.

Associated with a Single Workspace
If you are associated with a single workspace, you will see a prompt to enter your password (Figure 3).

Once your password it entered, click the Login button on the form to proceed to your workspace.
If you have forgotten your password, simply click the Forgot password? link on the form to begin the Reset Password process.
Associated with Multiple Workspaces
If you are associated with multiple workspaces, you will be required to provide a workspace key for the workspace you are logging into. This workspace key is also the Workspace URL ID that is managed in workspace settings.
Once you have entered your email address on the Login screen (Figure 1), click the Next button and you will then be prompted to provide a password and the Workspace URL ID for the workspace you are logging into. If you do not know the key for the workspace, you can request the Workspace URL ID from Ruddr.

If Ruddr authorizes the provided email address and Workspace URL ID, you will be prompted to enter your password (Figure 5) for that workspace.

If you have forgotten your password, simply click the Forgot password? link on the form to begin the Reset Password process.
Retrieving the Workspace URL ID
If you are a member of multiple workspaces and have forgotten the Workspace URL ID needed to log into Ruddr, you may request the Workspace URL ID(s) associated with your email address. To do this, click on the Forgot your workspace's URL ID? link under the Workspace URL ID field on the login screen (Figure 4) where you are asked to provide the workspace key.
Upon clicking that link, you will be prompted (Figure 6) to enter your email address. Click the Get Workspace Links button on the form.

If your email address is recognized, you will receive an email from Ruddr that lists all of the workspace(s) associated with that email address. The list will be set of links and the corresponding Workspace URL ID for each workspace. Clicking on the link provide will take you to a login page for that workspace.
Reset Your Ruddr Password
On this screen, enter your email address and and click Reset Password. Ruddr will send you a password reset email (Figure 4). Click Choose a New Password to begin the password reset process (Figure 5).
