At Ruddr, we try to ensure that you realize maximum value from your relationship with us. One of the ways that we do this is through our Fair Pricing Policy (FPP). The Ruddr FPP is comprised of the following principles:
- You always get a 30-day free trial. We want you to be certain that Ruddr is the right product for your team. We offer a free trial that does not require you to provide a credit card. In the event that you love Ruddr after a week and add your credit card early, we will not charge your card until your 30-day free trial is over.
- Small workspaces are entirely free. Our founders have started and scaled professional services companies and know how challenging those early months (and years!) can be. To help small firms get off of the ground, we offer our product entirely for free to companies that have three or fewer billable team members. We hope Ruddr will help you scale your business!
- You only pay for your billable personnel. The information contained in Ruddr is valuable to employees across your organization, but we only charge for your billable workspace members. We charge no license fee for your non-billable personnel. We align our revenue model with yours. The only limitation on non-billable workspace members is that they cannot record time or expenses to client projects (they can only record time or expenses to the "internal client" associated with your company).
- You are immediately credited any time a workspace member is deactivated (or removed) from your workspace. We don't think it is fair for you to pay for services that you aren't using. So, if you deactivate a workspace member, Ruddr will instantly credit your account for the remaining unused fees related to that member. As an example, if you start an annual plan with Ruddr today and an employee quits tomorrow, you can deactivate that member and your account will be immediately credited for the 364 days that were not used for that member. That credit will be used to offset any future Ruddr charges.
- When you add a new member to your workspace, we only charge you a prorated amount for the remainder of the current period. If you are on a monthly plan that renews tomorrow and you add a new member to your workspace today, you will only pay for one day for that member for the current billing period. We'll calculate the prorated cost and bill you the following month for any new members added. If you are on an annual plan, we'll calculate the prorated cost for the rest of the annual period, and bill you at the end of the month for any new members added.
- Your price per workspace member is guaranteed for the first 24 months, after which it will never increase more than once in any 24-month period. Selecting a professional services automation platform is a big decision. The last thing you want is to pick a platform and have the price increase a few months later. With Ruddr, we guarantee that your price per member will not change within the first 24 months of being a customer. After that period, if your price does change, that new price per member is guaranteed for another 24 month period.
