There are times when you may need to approve time or expenses on behalf of another workspace member. For example, a manager may have left on vacation before handling all of the time and expense items that were awaiting their approval.
To approve time on behalf of another workspace member, simply go to the Approvals screen within the Time area of Ruddr. In the Approver dropdown, select the member for whom you wish to handle approvals. The process approving expenses on behalf of another member is identical.

After selecting the Approver, you will be shown the time entries (or expense items) that you have administrative access to that are awaiting approval by that member.

Note that you will only see time entries for members for whom you have member-based administrative permission to their time and expenses. If you have that permission for a subset of workspace members, you will only be able to approve the items of that subset.
The Ruddr Security Role determines whether or not a member has administrative rights to the time and expenses of other members. The assigned security role can provide administrative access to the time and expenses of all workspace members, all members of a member's practice, or all subordinates of a member (based on the manager setting for each member).
