There are cases where a week spans across two months (Figure 1). In this case, you will have two timesheets and Ruddr will prompt (Figure 2) the member to select whether they want to submit the first half of the period, or both. This allows members to submit time at the end of the month (that may impact monthly invoicing) without having to submit future time for the second half of the week (first days of the following month).
Note, however, that the member can submit both timesheets for the entire week.

Once the first timesheet has been submitted, the time entries for those days will be locked and the status of the timesheet changes to Submitted (Figure 3). The user will then have the ability to enter time for the remainder of the week, at which point, they can submit the second timesheet (Figure 4).
