When the multicurrency feature is on in Ruddr, the Ready to Bill screen (Figure 1) will show summary information at the top of the screen in the workspace's home currency. The totals for the services, expenses, and other items revenue are converted in real-time from each project's currency to the home currency.
Figure 1 - Ready to Bill Summary Information
Beneath the summary information on the Ready to Bill screen (Figure 2), the billable values for each project that can be invoiced are shown in the project's currency. An invoice in Ruddr can only have a single currency associated with it. Thus, once a project's checkbox is checked, the only other available projects within that client that can be included as part of that project's invoice will be ones that use the same currency.
In the example below, Acme Company has projects in US Dollars, Japanese Yen, and Great British Pounds. Since the "Competitive Assessment" project has been selected and it uses US Dollars, the only other available project to include on the invoice is the "Digital Transformation" project (because it is also denominated in US Dollars).

Changing the Invoice Currency
The Invoice Settings drawer (Figure 3) allows you to change the currency of any draft invoice. But, changing the currency will remove any invoice line items that are associated with projects using a different currency.

Thus, the only time you likely will want to adjust an invoice's currency is if the invoice was created manually via the Create Invoice button on the Invoices list screen.
