The sixth menu option within the Settings area (Figure 1) is called Features. The Features section (Figure 2) of the Settings area provides Workspace Admins with a vehicle to manage whether various Ruddr features are enabled in the workspace.

Currently, the Ruddr features that can be toggled are:
Client and Project Files
This feature provides workspaces with the ability to upload files to a Files tab within the Client and Project Dashboard areas. Two types of files are supported: Administrator Files and Team Files. The former are accessible by those members with edit permissions; the latter are available to any member that can access the client / project.
Client Approvals
By turning on the Client Approvals feature in Ruddr, you give your Project Admins the ability to create and submit Client Approvals -- grouping of time and / or expense that can be sent to a client for approval prior to invoicing. For more, please visit the Client Approvals article in the Ruddr Help Center.
Disciplines
Disciplines are used to group a common set of capabilities within the organization. For example, all levels of project managers within an organization could be assigned to a Project Management discipline. You can then filter Ruddr reports by discipline to evaluate performance.
Expense Reporting
With this feature enabled, you can track both internal expenses and client expenses. Client expenses must be associated with a project and can optionally be billed back to the client. For more on this feature, please refer to this Expense Tracking article in the Ruddr Help Center.
Manual Revenue Recognition
The standard revenue recognition for Fixed Fee projects is "As Invoiced". Enabling this feature gives you a second option for recognizing Fixed Fee revenue by providing a Revenue Recognition ledger. For more on both of these types of revenue recognition, please refer to the Fixed Fee Revenue Recognition article in the Help Center.
Multicurrency
With the multicurrency feature enabled, companies can operate in over 180 worldwide currencies. This allows you to evaluate the performance of clients and specific projects in the most appropriate currency.
Multi-Step Approval Workflow
Enabling Multi-Step Approval Workflow allows organizations to establish, at a project level, a time-and-expense approval workflow with multiple, sequential approval steps and approvers. Ruddr supplies a one-step approval workflow by default, with the Project Admin serving as the sole approver of time and expense.
Pipeline
The pipeline feature includes Opportunities, Companies, and Contacts, providing basic CRM functionality and reporting. For more, please refer to the Pipeline section of the Ruddr Help Center.
Plan and Forecast Reporting
This feature enables a Forecast section of the reports, allowing you to view planned revenue and hours across all projects in the workspace. The project dashboard also provide projected hours and services revenue.
This feature requires the Resource Allocations feature to be enabled.
Practices
Larger professional services companies often organize services offerings and personnel into Practices. With this feature enabled, you can assign a Practice to each member, client, and project in Ruddr. Reports can then be filtered by Practice.
Project Health Reporting
Project Health Reporting allows you to score a project's health with respect to the budget, client satisfaction, and team satisfaction. For more, please refer to the Project Health Reporting article in the Ruddr Help Center.
Purchase Orders
The Purchase Orders feature allows you to create and manage purchase orders for better budget control and transaction tracking. For more on this feature, please refer to the Purchase Order article in the Ruddr Help Center.
Resource Allocations
Enabling this feature will allow your team to plan out projects while ensuring that all team members have an adequate amount of work. Allocations contribute to billable utilization projections and predicting target attainment. For more, view the Resourcing section of Ruddr Help Center.
This feature is required in order to leverage the Forecast and Variance Reporting feature.
Time Attachments
When this feature is enabled, a member can upload one or more files to the Week view of the time screen for a given week. Uploaded files can optionally be associated with a specific project that the member is assigned to. Also, there is a Time Attachments report in the Time section of reports that allows for easy reporting and viewing of time attachments.
Timesheets
Enabling Timesheets in your workspace establishes and enforces a policy that all time entries are submitted on a weekly basis. All time submissions prevent additional time entries from being added to that weekly period.
Disabling Timesheets allows for time entries to be submitted on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and time entries can be added to a day that has already been submitted. For more, view the Timesheets Overview article in the Ruddr Help Center.
Utilization Tracking
When Utilization Tracking is turned on, Ruddr will help you evaluate individual and workforce productivity. There are four utilization metrics including billable utilization, client utilization, productive utilization, and total utilization.
Workspace and Client Rate Cards
This feature allows to establish an organization rate card in the workspace, which can then be applied to any clients within the workspace. Additionally, and independent of the workspace rate card, roles and rates can be created for each client and then leveraged on each project for that client.
