# Update Your User Profile

Your user profile in Ruddr allows you to change your name, email address, and photo. To access your profile, simply click on the User Profile Menu nav bar element (Figure 1) and select **My Profile**.

The **My Profile** screen (Figure 2) will then be shown which will allow you to make the desired changes.

It is important that each workspace member set the correct Time Zone. This enables Ruddr to properly evaluate time entry per day and is also used for notification timing.

Note that Workspace Admins have the ability to override any name and photo within a workspace. For example, if a company wants to use official employee photos within Ruddr, the Workspace Admin could override a member's uploaded photo.

#### What's New

If you would like to receive notifications regarding new Ruddr features each time you login, be sure to check the **Show new features upon login** setting on your profile.
